Rooms
Strutz Art Garden Resort is a boutique hotel. Our rooms are located in different buildings on the property to create a sense of privacy and unique resort like experience: we have 6 modern and spacious rooms and 2 free standing bungalows. You can check the location of the rooms on the property map here. Rooms can be rented for any period of time online on this website or by advanced booking with the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary. The hotel is strictly non-smoking. We provide a dedicated smoking corner. Pets are not allowed.
Room Description
Each room is equipped with a silent (inverter type) air conditioner, a bathroom with spacious shower, flat panel satellite TV (all except the group room have 4K UHD smart TVs), room safe and minibar refrigerator etc. Each room is furnished with beautiful hardwood wood furniture hand crafted in the mountains of Abra. The walls are decorated with paintings by Theo Strutz, a professional German artist. In front of each room is a large shaded patio facing the quiet gardens.
Safety & Accessibility
Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Fire extinguishers are close by. The bathrooms have anti-slip floor tiles and a large grab rail at the wall. Each room has a hotel safe with electronic locking mechanism that will accommodate iPads and 14" laptop computers. All rooms are on the ground floor and wheel chair accessible.

Room rates are shown in the table below at the bottom of this page. All prices are in Philippine pesos. Seasonal rates apply for special holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year). Rates depend on room type and occupancy. We have a child policy and kid rates. 2025 Rates, Occupancy and Child Policy
Prices for 2025 are shown per night for a standard occupancy (1 or 2 guests for all rooms, except the Group Room for which the standard occupancy is 5 guests. Seasonal rates apply for special holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year). Some rooms can accommodate extra guests. For these rooms only, hotel style rollaway single sized beds are provided for extra guests beyond the standard occupancy and only up to the maximum occupancy. The additional charge for each additional guest is 1,500 pesos (including breakfast and the use of all hotel amenities).
If extra beds are required for different reasons without changing the guest count, it needs to be requested by email or phone. The charge for each extra bed without breakfast is 800 pesos per night.
Children from 0 to 5 years old are free. Children between 6 and 11 years of age pay 400 pesos (breakfast included), if they stay in the existing bedding. Children above 11 years old are considered as adults for check-in purposes. Breakfast is complimentary for each paying guest.
