Strutz Art Garden Resort is a boutique hotel featuring 6 modern, spacious rooms and 3 free-standing bungalows. Our accommodations are spread across different buildings on the property to provide complete privacy and a unique, resort-like experience. You can check the location of the rooms on our property map here. Rooms can be rented for any period of time online on this website or by advanced booking directly with the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary. The hotel is strictly non-smoking, but we provide dedicated smoking corners. Pets are not allowed on the main property.

Room Description

Each room is equipped with a silent (inverter type) air conditioner, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a flat-panel satellite TV (all except the Group Room have 4K UHD smart TVs), a room safe, and a minibar refrigerator. Each room is furnished with beautiful hardwood furniture handcrafted in the mountains of Abra. The walls are decorated with paintings by Theo Strutz, a professional German artist. In front of each room is a large, shaded patio facing the quiet gardens.
 

Safety & Accessibility

Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are located close by. The bathrooms feature anti-slip floor tiles and a large grab rail on the wall. Each room has an electronic hotel safe that can accommodate iPads and 14" laptop computers. All rooms are on the ground floor and are completely wheelchair accessible.

Rates & Pricing

The table below shows pricing per night for a standard occupancy (1 or 2 guests for all rooms, except the Group Room, for which the standard occupancy is 5 guests). All prices are in Philippine pesos. Seasonal rates apply for special holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year), and rates depend on room type and occupancy.
 

Room Occupancy, Extra Beds & Children

• Standard Occupancy: Standard occupancy is up to 2 persons per room, except for the Group Room, which accommodates up to 5 persons.

• Extra Guests: Select rooms can accommodate extra guests beyond standard limits up to the maximum room occupancy using hotel-style rollaway single beds for an additional charge. This "Additional guest with breakfast" charge includes breakfast and full access to resort amenities.

• Extra Beds Calculation: Extra beds (hotel-style rollaway single beds) can be added to a room based on the following formula: Maximum Occupancy − Standard Occupancy = Maximum number of extra beds possible. In this case, the charge "Additional bed, no breakfast, same guest count" applies.

• Maximum Capacities: Totally, the Deluxe Room accommodates up to 4 adults; the bungalows, Superior King, and Twin rooms up to 3 adults; and the Group Room up to 10 adults. Our online booking engine calculates these calculations automatically.

• Child Policy: Children must stay in a room accompanied by adults. Rates and extra charges apply as follows:

  • Ages 0 to 5: Free of charge if sharing existing bedding with parents. If an extra regular-size bed is required, it can be provided for an extra charge, provided the maximum room occupancy for the room is not exceeded.

  • Ages 6 to 11: If sharing existing bedding with parents, the "Child 6 to 11 years old on existing bedding, with breakfast" charge applies. If an extra bed is required, the "Child 6 to 11 years old on extra bed, with breakfast" charge applies (subject to maximum room occupancy).

  • Ages 12 and above: Treated the same as adults for check-in and occupancy purposes.

Drivers' Accommodation

• The hotel has a special room for drivers. It is air-conditioned and can be reserved by contacting the hotel directly by email or phone.​
