The Kawayan Festival (Abra Festival) is a cultural festival and founding anniversary celebration in the province of Abra, Philippines in the beginning of March. The Abra foundation day is on March 9th. This annual event exhibits the beauty and rich cultural heritage of the province, specifically highlighting the versatility and uses of bamboo. Many floats in the parades are made of bamboo and showcase the bamboo craftsmanship.. Performances of artists are happening on an open air stage, sometimes famous artists are invited from Manila. local crafts are displayed in a fair, locals participate in dance competitions, there are fire works, and many other events during the Kawayan festival. A fairground invites visitors to get on all kind of exciting rides.

There is also the Bangued town festival, and festivals of each municipality of Abra.​
