Kettlebells in our Hotel Gym

Our guests now have the option to train also with kettlebells. We purchased a set of 5 kettlebells with 4 kg, 8 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg and 20 kg weights.
Kettlebells are used for full-body strength, cardio, and endurance training. They improve mobility and build muscle through compound, dynamic movements like swings and cleans. Typical exercises are the kettlebell swing (power), goblet squat (legs/mobility), overhead press (shoulders), and kettlebell clean or snatch.
